Could be better organized, but the animals appear to be well cared for. The staff seem to know what they are talking about when I ask them questions about a given animal. It can be a bit difficult to get someone to help you at times, but for the most part, it is a good place to buy pets and supplies.
The most helpful staff of any pet store I've ever shopped at. Great selection and variety of pets and merchandise as well.
