They were able to very quickly translate my rambling ideas on how to repair my wife's wedding ring (with some improvements) into a beautiful finished product. She didn't know I had taken it in for repairs since she hadn't worn it in months and she was extremely happy with the results. It was also more affordable than I was expecting. Big thanks to Beckers for helping me with a perfect early Christmas gift.

This store is fabulous! The girls that work there could sell ketchup popsicles to women in white gloves. Beautiful jewelry and super nice staff. Would definitely recommend.
Bill Becker, Lori Bell and team have been excellent with customer service. When it comes to picking something out as a gift, or even designing my own fashion, Lori has given the best customer service. I have several pieces that Becker’s has helped me design. I wouldn’t use any other jeweler. Even when I shattered my ruby stone, Bill made it right! That is customer service at a level I thought didn’t exhist any more.
