I just called to talk to a nurse and get her opinion on something before making an appointment. She scoffed at me and made me cry, I felt stupid for asking the question. No health professional should ever talk to somebody that way and make them that uncomfortable. I will not be returning as I no longer feel comfortable being around "nurses" that would ridule someone for wanting to know whats going on with their body. I now dont know where i will go but I'd rather not go anywhere then deal with the rude, stuck up people in that department. Truly sad.
Unorganized. They don't call back for labs when they say, made lousy excuses. I will not be going back, awful to say especially for only going 2 times. I wouldn't recommend this practice.
