I have never had a bad dental experience like this one. The girls on staff are amazing but Dr. Do is rude and rough. Didnt warn me about first shot so i jumped because he just jammed it in my gums, then got rude about it. I had 2 fillings and he didn't numb it enough before drilling then when I complained of pain he pumped me so full of drugs I was shaking violently and extremely out of it. I couldn't open my mouth wide enough during the procedure but he kept extending it further, now my jaw hurts so bad I can hardly open my mouth. I feel like someone punched my face on both sides and after all that I have an extremely sharp piece of tooth that wasnt shaved down and its cutting my gums. I dont even want to go back to get it fixed. I'm not even going to mention his horrible bedside manners. If I could have got out of the chair and left, I would have.
As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed Aspen Dental had a good Great caring staff office mgr Jennifer Duffy Dr.Do D.M.D , and dental assistance Amy, Onika where amazing nice and caring helping out in anyway they can to get the help make my appointment comfortable and finding what worked best for my income. And didn't have to wait forever to get everything done they actually got me in the same day. Very pleased never felt so at ease being in a dentist office. Highly recommend
The West Burlington Aspen Dental team is excellent, i actually look forward to my visits. The techs, Onika, Tasha, and Amy are warm and immediately put one at ease. Rachel, the secretary is gracious and always welcomes patients with a smile. Jennifer the office manager is shear joy-shes positive and, professional; her goal is to make sure your expectations are met on every level. Then there is Brandi, laboratory tech. Brandi is selfless, she works tirelessly behind the scenes, going above and beyond. Her only concern is your happiness and peace of mind. West Burlington ASPEN DENTAL is empathetic to one's needs, quick to resolve your issues, and is a standout in a service oriented world!
Worst dental experience I've ever had. I had crowns put on my two front teeth, within a week one of them chipped. Had it redone, and and now my front teeth are totally different sizes. Dr. Do is very rough and doesn't seem to care about what his work looks like.
The dental assistant and the dental hygienist were polite, quick, and explained things well. They were both extremely friendly accommodating. The doctor on the other hand was rude, rather short with us and hard to understand. The adjustment he made to my dentures did work out ok...so I'll give him that. We won't be back.
