Today was my first visit to Dennys Auto Service for an alignment, while I was there I asked if they could also take care of my over due oil change and they did. As I waited I was able to observe their customers service practices with other customers as they came and went. I was very please how quickly they were able to get my work finished and me out the door and at a reasonable price. But what was most impressive was how genuinely nice and honest they are with customers, no lies and no padding the bill with alot of extras just old fashioned integrity... something that is rare.
Fast, very friendly, never too busy to answer a question via phone and never tried selling me parts I didn't need just to raise the bill like alot of shops around here. My 10 year old car now drives just like a new car!
Rude, changed what I was told was gonna pay without notice, pretty much your gonna pay this or u won't get your truck back, I understand if something needs to be changed but a notice should have been given not well we can put it back to the way it was when u left it here, extremely rude and unprofessional... I won't be returning
